Breech
When your baby is in a breech position, it’s natural to feel both physically and emotionally out of balance. These sessions are designed to gently support your body while creating a sense of calm and confidence during this time.
During our time together, I focus on two key areas: the physical body and the emotional state. Both play an important role in creating the conditions that may encourage your baby to move into an optimal position.
Emotionally, receiving the news that your baby is breech can bring heightened stress and uncertainty. Through soothing, intentional touch and nervous system regulation, the session helps you settle into a more relaxed state—supporting both you and your baby. As your body softens and unwinds, it can naturally create more space for your baby to turn.
Physically, your body is constantly changing throughout pregnancy and is also influenced by your daily routines and movement patterns. Body balancing techniques work to release tension, improve alignment, and restore ease within the muscles and surrounding structures.
Together, this approach nurtures balance, connection, and openness—supporting your well-being while allowing more space for your baby to turn naturally.

Ways to provide space:
-
Softening tissues - muscles and ligaments
-
Stretching
-
Attending the nervous system

A baby's position may change during gestation as long as there is space for the baby to move around. When a baby is still breech by 32 weeks we can start supporting your body to provide the space for them to move and turn head down.

Each session is a processes, different things are being achieved per visit. This means that every time we see each other it will look different.
