I'm honored to be teaching this class alongside Aimee Lopez.
Aimee is a mother of an 11 year old, a community-based full-spectrum doula with over four years of experience, and a trauma-informed childbirth educator. She is deeply passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum.
Together, we weave practical birth education with holistic, somatic, and trauma-informed support, creating a space where families feel safe to learn, ask questions, build community, and prepare for birth with confidence and trust in themselves.
